Time® - Reporting

With most timesheet systems, reporting is a case of feast or famine. At one extreme you are required to pay for the simplest of reports to be written, and at the other suppliers boast that their system has hundreds of reports - imagine the time wasted wading through hundreds of reports to access the data you need.

At Timewatch® we believe the fewer reports you need to tell you what you want to know, the better. You should only require a handful of excellent reports rather than hundreds of bad ones.

Active Drill Downs
Drill downs are most users' favorite reporting tool as they provide a dynamic, interactive interface that allows them to choose the type of data they want to see and drill down from level to level to zero-in on the information they need.

Simply choose what you want to review: projects, employees, customers, billing etc. and you are presented with a spreadsheet-type view of data. Double click on a field to drill down

from high level totals to a summary, right down to the individual transactions themselves.

For example a project drill down displays a high level summary for each project. By double clicking on total hours you can drill down to a summary of employee hours for that project, double clicking on hours drills to that person's time on that project.

multiple cells that you can drill down on, for example on a project you can drill down on hours, costs, charges and billing data.

Dashboard
The optional dashboard is a favorite with administrators, managers, CFO's and CEO's. Users simply choose the charts, panels and gauges they want from the list of items available

for their security level.

Dashboards are available throughout the system; at a summary level on the Home screen, and at a detailed level within Projects, Customers & Employees.

If your CEO or CFO desperately wants a specific dashboard panel created, you can suggest it for a future release or commission one to be written specifically for you.
